From Listening to Launch: How We Build Effective Programs

For new programs, Creating a Family follows a 6-step process that includes these steps: listen, create, pilot, evaluate, improve, and distribute. Throughout this process, we collaborate with trusted partners across the field so our work reflects both current research and the real-world needs of the families and professionals we serve.
