Continuous Quality Improvement & the 6-Step Process for Developing New Programs
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is embedded throughout Creating a Family’s six-step program development process. Our approach integrates inclusive feedback, outcome-driven design, and rigorous evaluation to ensure every program is responsive, equitable, and impactful for adoptive, foster, and kinship families. Programs are piloted, refined using real-time data and participant input, and then scaled with ongoing monitoring to maintain effectiveness and equity.
