Haven Adoptions and Family Services (HAFS), a fully licensed non-profit Pennsylvania agency, was founded to create a new standard in the field of adoption and foster care. HAFS offers a variety of programs. In our private adoption program, HAFS works with women who want to make an adoption plan and with adoptive families hoping to grow their family through domestic adoption. As a home study provider, HAFS helps families across Pennsylvania become approved for adoptive placements. HAFS is also a licensed foster care agency, working with the counties surrounding Philadelphia. Within our foster care program, we limit the number of families for each of our caseworkers to ensure a high level of service. Lastly, HAFS is an affiliate of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) and supports efforts to find permanency for youth in care in Pennsylvania.

We have a small but highly experienced staff, who have over 50 years of combined experience in the field of adoption and foster care.
