Stefan is a healthy, social, creative boy living in a residential placement center in Bulgaria. He is developing normally and has many interests as he continues to grow! His particular interest now is in wrestling, a sport that is helping him to develop self-discipline as well as intellectual and athletic skills. Stefan is described as being emotionally warm and is able to demonstrate that warmth towards others. He is clever and enjoys interacting with people—both peers and adults. He can be impulsive at times but easily is calmed and his training in wrestling has benefited his self-regulation skills. We are looking for a loving forever family for Stefan at this time.
