Victoria was born with third degree prematurity in March 2012 and has been diagnosed with global developmental delays. She is a positive girl who enjoys interacting with familiar adults and responds well to praise and encouragement. She likes musical activities.

Victoria sits and crawls and can rise to a stand independently. She cruises along walls and furniture and walks when led by the hands. Victoria picks up toys and plays with them for a while. Her joint attention span is 5-6 minutes, taking turns with an adult in an activity. Victoria babbles long and various combinations of sounds.

Victoria had a difficult start and is waiting for a loving and patient family who can help her reach her fullest potential.
