Mark Zuckerberg announces recurrent miscarriagesAn interesting article in Time looking at the significance of Mark Zuckerburg’s decision to open up about he and his wife’s miscarriages.  While society is become more open to talking about the often private grief of miscarriage, it is primarily focussed on the woman’s grief.  Zuckerburg is one of the first prominent men to open up about his emotions about miscarriage.  “Men are the forgotten grievers,” explains Sharon Covington, director of psychological support services at Shady Grove Fertility Center in Washington, D.C.  Hopefully this is start of a more inclusive approach to dealing with miscarriage grief.
