Legal Battle Over Sofia Vergara/Nick Loeb EmbryosModern Family star, Sofia Vergara, and ex-fiancé Nick Loeb are involved in a legal battle of what to to with two embryos created through fertility treatment during their engagement. Vergara wants them destroyed since the couple no longer wants to transfer them, while Loeb objects to their destruction. The former couple twice tried unsuccessfully to transfer other embryos to a surrogate during their engagement. Apparently, the couple did not address this issue before the embryos were created.
