Online Mind/Body Program



online mind/body programOn last week’s Creating a Family show, Dr. Ali Domar mentioned an online Mind/Body program for fertility through the University of Vermont. The study is looking at the relationship between psychological distress and fertility and testing the effectiveness of Dr. Alice Domar’s Mind/Body Program, which is designed to help individuals cope with the physical and emotional impact of infertility by learning specific relaxation strategies and improving lifestyle habits. The study is currently recruiting individuals living with infertility who have not previously given birth to a child.
