Q: We live in Ireland. I have no eggs, and have been advised that donor eggs would probably be of no use as I have high immune factor issues endometriosis and sarcoidosis. We have looked, briefly, at surrogacy in India and Ukraine but 1) will they accept us if I have a seemingly working uterus and 2) how does one select a clinic?
A: Each clinic has their own rules, but I can tell you that most clinics would not exclude you. Let me suggest a couple of Creating a Family resources you might find helpful. We have extensive resources on surrogacy, as well as going abroad for fertility treatment.
