Coping with the Stress of Infertility Webinar with Dr. Alice Domar
Sign-up to attend a FREE 1-hour live interactive webinar on Thursday, August 25 at 7:30 PM EST with Alice Domar, Ph.D. Dr. Domar is the author of numerous books including Conquering Infertility and Six Steps to Increased Fertility. She is the Executive Director of the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health and the Director of Mind/Body Services at Boston IVF.
Research shows that stress is one of the number one reasons that patients drop out of infertility treatment. This program will cover the mind/body relationship in infertility and the connection between stress/depression and infertility. Dr. Domar will cover strategies and coping skills for the stress of infertility.

This webinar is designed for infertility patients, infertility nurses and nurse practitioners, as well as other professionals working in the field of infertility or women’s health.

Explain 3 techniques couples can use to help strengthen their marriage when going through infertility treatment.
Identify ways nurses or infertility professionals can help guide patients in managing their stress during infertility treatment.
Identify techniques for coping with infertility treatment failure.

* Please note the webinar is free, however, there is a course fee of $15 to receive a Certificate of Completion for nurses seeking CE credit. At the end of the webinar, information will be given to interested participants on how to access our Education System to complete a 10-question quiz (you must pass with 80%) and required course evaluation in order to view/download the online Certificate of Completion.

This activity has been evaluated and approved by the Continuing Education Approval Program of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health for 1.3 contact hours, including 0 contact hours of pharmacology.
