Avoiding IVF Mix-Ups and Mistakes

Infertility patients worry about the wrong embryos being transferred; their egg, sperm or embryos being mislabled; the wrong sperm being used to fertilize the egg, etc. Mistakes are rare, but infertility patients need to be prepared.
